Product Details & Things to Note:

The above products are all Solid Douglas Fir FOHC (Free of Heart Center) #1 Kiln Dried timber. All timber will be .25” under dimension EXCEPT for Barn Board texture.

Important Care & Attention To Our Products:

1. Natural wood features variations in grain structure (figure), wood composition and appearance (colour hue & value). Due to these naturally occurring variations of figure, appearance, texture, and natural color it is impossible to guarantee all wood can be made an exact match to a small single color or texture sample and therefore will have natural variation.

2. Unfinished orders require the customer to final sand and prepare the raw wood as per the stain manufacturer’s instructions. 

3. All unfinished orders are the responsibility of the customer to pre-finish and seal to ensure stability of the solid kiln dried wood product.

4. Unless otherwise specified, all timbers are manufactured at exact requested length unless explicitly requested to be rounded up to the nearest 1FT increment. The final scribe and trimming must be completed by the customer.

5. Your order is quality inspected and tagged prior to shipment. Upon receiving your order if you find any freight or handling damage it must be noted on the shipping documents when receiving and you must contact Timber Masters within one (1) business day of receipt of same.

6. The customer is responsible for offloading all shipments and any equipment required. Any requests for delays in scheduled deliveries or offloading of shipment will be the customer’s responsibility including any additional expense or charges from the shipping company.

7. Note extreme temperature and humidity variation can cause natural wood to move, it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure your order is protected and if required for inside installation, is allowed to stabilize before installation.

8. All dimensions given are external dimensions.

9. Pre-finished is one coat stain, two coats premium sealer. The sealer protects the original colour, it is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the sealer with environmental exposure variances.

10. All orders custom fabricated/finished are final sale with no exchanges or returns.

11. When completing checkout, the customer agrees to hold Timber Masters and all personnel harmless from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs and expenses arising or related to any products purchased through this website.
